Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Staff to handle tax reporting, payments, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions

Key Responsibilities :
  • Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly and annual tax reports (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and other applicable taxes) accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all tax payments are completed in compliance with prevailing Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Operate and manage Coretax, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and other relevant tax administration systems.
  • Reconcile tax data with accounting records and ensure alignment with financial statements.
  • Assist in tax audits, prepare supporting documentation, and liaise with tax authorities when required.
  • Keep abreast of updates to Indonesian tax regulations and proactively apply changes to internal processes.
  • Provide tax-related advice to internal teams to support business transactions and decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive tax documentation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in taxation (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Coretax (highly preferred), e-Faktur, e-SPT, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, high numerical accuracy, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
