Merchant Operation Staff
Verify data through the KYB (Know Your Business) process
Handle operational issues faced by merchants
Escalate technical or administrative issues to the relevant teams when necessary
Prepare periodic reports related to merchant onboarding status and activities
Act as a liaison between internal teams and merchants regarding status updates and issue resolutions
Develop SOPs or work guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in Merchant Operations, Partner Operations, or Onboarding
Familiar with operational tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and ticketing systems
Basic understanding of SLA tracking, documentation, and business approval workflows
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to coordinate across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work effectively in a small team and dynamic environment
