About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Jakarta. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate documentation, and provide administrative support across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.

  • Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.

  • Assist in payroll data preparation and employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, etc.).

  • Support recruitment process (scheduling interviews, preparing documents, onboarding).

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company regulations.

  • Provide general HR support to employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulations preferred.
