About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Jakarta. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate documentation, and provide administrative support across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Assist in payroll data preparation and employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, etc.).
Support recruitment process (scheduling interviews, preparing documents, onboarding).
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company regulations.
Provide general HR support to employees and management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulations preferred.
