About the job

We are looking for HR Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates in our headquarters as well as for our clients. If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Active search via Linkedin and other platforms
• Assist teams in screening resumes, conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviews
• Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure information is up to date and to keep track of open roles
• Set up and execute Employer Branding strategy in regards to all related formats and materials
• Set up and drive social media / other external channels and maintain our career website

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in high volume recruitment. Generally > 4 years of experience in recruitment 
• Experience handling recruitment in logistic company is a plus.
• Familiar with HRIS and ATS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Data driven
• Deep understanding of microsoft excel.
