Responsibilities

• Develop Industrial Relation policy, procedure and initiatives 
• Industrial Relation audit
• Responsible to manage Industrial Relation activities (Sosialisasi Peraturan Perusahaan, Surat Peringatan, etc)
• Manage and investigate employment cases (fraud, indisciplinary, performance issue, etc)
• Maintain relationship with external and government agencies

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of professional Industrial Relations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have exposure in handling cases up to Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Thorough understanding of legal and regulatory environment in HR
• Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques.
• Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
