We are looking for a highly collaborative IT Support to provide seamless working experience for the team. What you’ll do

  • Willing to provide quality, A+ service on public communication channels in a user-friendly manner
  • Provide technical support and assistance throughout the organization and its subsidiaries onsite or by remote
  • Setup IT Peripheral (PC, Laptop, Printer, CCTV, NAS, switch, router firewall,) PC and notebook management.
  • Monitoring and Checking Network (LAN, WAN, VPN) Troubleshooting all IT problem, for examples, but not limited to, PC and printer problem, network peripheral problem, CCTV problem.
  • Diagnose Hardware and Software problems, provide analysis and solution
  • Support the roll-out of news applications
  • Monitoring and tuning system performance
  • Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles
  • Making documentation of works and systems
  • Support the roll-out of news applications

What You'll Need

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks, including setting up and deactivating user accounts in various systems
  • Triage incoming IT requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
  • Familial knowledge of IT SaaS systems, including Google Workspace,  and Jira ticketing system (experience with additional tools is a plus)
  • COMPTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
  • Ability and willingness to adapt, resolve conflict, and take on additional roles as changes occur.
  • Organized with great time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Mikrotik or other network appliances (Cisco CCNA/CCNP is a plus)
  • Proficient in hardware and operating system troubleshooting. 
  • Windows / Linux server administration experience is required
  • Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience as a service desk technician or other tech customer support role
  • Tech-savvy with good working knowledge and understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and different tech products including [Google, Microsoft, mobile apps, databases, audio, and video technology, etc)
  • Technical ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Strong Knowledge & Experience in CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Acess Control (maintenance & setup of software & hardware)
  • Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Security ,OSI Layer, Routing, Switching) and firewall configurations and cabling
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
