What you will do:

• Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff, including onboarding, safety procedures, equipment handling, and SOPs.
• Evaluate staff performance during and after training to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Regularly update training materials to align with the latest operational processes and technologies.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and simulations to ensure practical application of skills.
• Collaborate with operations managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance reviews.
• Maintain training records and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure all training programs comply with company policies and regulations.
• Act as a mentor and resource for warehouse staff to foster a culture of growth and accountability.

What you will need:

• Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and SOPs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training content (both theoretical and practical).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and/or training management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to various warehouse locations as required.
