Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute annual customer acquisition plans to increase showroom foot traffic and sales leads
  2. Plan localized events tailored to different stages (test drive events, group buying events, holiday promotions, etc.) to attract target customers
  3. Coordinate online customer acquisition channels (advertising, short videos, private domain operations, community growth) to boost conversion rates
  4. Coordinate OEM marketing resources to secure joint promotions, material support, and subsidy policies
  5. Analyze customer acquisition data, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously refine strategies
  6. Lead the marketing team to enhance execution efficiency and creative capabilities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive dealership or regional market management
  • Proficient in local customer acquisition channels and online advertising tools, with proven track record of successful campaigns and new customer acquisition
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently integrating OEM and external resources
  • Results-driven with ability to thrive under pressure and drive sales target achievement
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
