Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and execute annual customer acquisition plans to increase showroom foot traffic and sales leads
- Plan localized events tailored to different stages (test drive events, group buying events, holiday promotions, etc.) to attract target customers
- Coordinate online customer acquisition channels (advertising, short videos, private domain operations, community growth) to boost conversion rates
- Coordinate OEM marketing resources to secure joint promotions, material support, and subsidy policies
- Analyze customer acquisition data, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously refine strategies
- Lead the marketing team to enhance execution efficiency and creative capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of experience in automotive dealership or regional market management
- Proficient in local customer acquisition channels and online advertising tools, with proven track record of successful campaigns and new customer acquisition
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently integrating OEM and external resources
- Results-driven with ability to thrive under pressure and drive sales target achievement
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
