We are looking for a Fleet Sales Supervisor who is driven, target-oriented, and skilled in building strong customer relationships. This role will be responsible for managing fleet operations and driving sales growth with corporate and fleet customers.

- Manage, monitor, and control fleet operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop sales planning and strategy for fleet and corporate customers
- Handle and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers
- Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to support fleet sales and after-sales processes
- Prepare reports and analyze market opportunities for fleet business development
Qualifications:
- Have a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or at a big dealer
- Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team
- Willing to be placed anywhere as required by the company
- Owns a personal vehicle (minimum motorcycle)
- Able to drive a car well and holds a valid SIM A (driver’s license)
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
