We are looking for a Fleet Sales Supervisor who is driven, target-oriented, and skilled in building strong customer relationships. This role will be responsible for managing fleet operations and driving sales growth with corporate and fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor, and control fleet operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop sales planning and strategy for fleet and corporate customers
  • Handle and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support fleet sales and after-sales processes
  • Prepare reports and analyze market opportunities for fleet business development

Qualifications:
  • Have a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or at a big dealer
  • Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible
  • Able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team
  • Willing to be placed anywhere as required by the company
  • Owns a personal vehicle (minimum motorcycle)
  • Able to drive a car well and holds a valid SIM A (driver’s license)
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
