Job Description:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment records.
- Attendance Management:
- Calculate and monitor employee attendance records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding leave and attendance.
- Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with manpower vendors to fulfill staffing needs.
- Handle vendor contracts and ensure service quality standards.
- Employee Database Management:
- Maintain and update employee records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience or knowledge in recruitment and attendance calculation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
