Job Description:

  • Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
    • Maintain and update recruitment records.
  • Attendance Management:
    • Calculate and monitor employee attendance records accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding leave and attendance.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate with manpower vendors to fulfill staffing needs.
    • Handle vendor contracts and ensure service quality standards.
  • Employee Database Management:
    • Maintain and update employee records using Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Prior experience or knowledge in recruitment and attendance calculation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
