Position: Customer Service – Automotive Showroom (MOI, Kelapa Gading)

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service professional to be the welcoming face of our automotive showroom at MOI, Kelapa Gading. If you have a passion for people, a polished appearance, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a warm smile and professional service

• Share key information about our showroom, vehicle models, and after-sales services

• Connect customers with our Sales team for in-depth consultations, pricing, and promotions

• Assist customers in viewing or experiencing our stunning display vehicles

• Keep the front desk and vehicle display area looking impeccable at all times

• Handle phone calls and messages professionally

• Support seamless teamwork between Sales, Admin, and Service teams during peak hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum High School graduate or equivalent

• Presentable, neat, and professional appearance

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

• Willing to be stationed at MOI, Kelapa Gading

• Preferably residing in or near North Jakarta

• Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus
