Manager/Supervisor
Placement: Automotive Dealer, North Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, including language training as needed
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits negotiations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers to facilitate continuous improvement
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- In-depth understanding of employment regulations and best HR practices
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve HR issues
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is required, with knowledge of its unique HR challenges and dynamics
