What You Will Do:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs.
• Provide detailed information on our inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, services, and promotions.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Passion for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
