Placement: Automotive Dealer, North Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

1.1 Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AR/AP, monthly and annual closing)
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

1.2 Taxation & Compliance

• Lead tax planning and compliance processes (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax)
• Stay updated on local tax regulations and coordinate with external tax advisors

1.3 Audit & Internal Controls

• Manage annual external and internal audit activities
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems

1.4 Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Monitor financial KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions

1.5 Cash & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Oversee foreign exchange risk and cross-border fund transfers

1.6 Strategic Finance Partnership

• Advise the Board and executive team on capital allocation, financial risks, and strategic initiatives
• Support business development, pricing strategies, and investment evaluations

1.7 International Trade & Tariff Compliance

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and ASEAN–China trade tariffs
• Oversee customs documentation and optimize tariff structures for vehicle import

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master’s degree and/or CPA certification is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles (automotive, manufacturing, or trading)
• Proven expertise in taxation, audit, treasury, and international finance
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation (CIT, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, especially across Indonesia, China, and Singapore
