Responsibilities:
- Analyst requirements and perform network and system solution, planning, installation and setup of network
- Provides technical support to resolve customer complaint and the improvement plan resulted
- Review new solutions and improve resilience of the current network and system environment
- Provide network, server and system operation support
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information effortlessly
- Continuously work on optimizing existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges.
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems, network and application
- Diagnose Hardware and Software problems, provide analysis and solution
- Support the roll-out of news applications
- Monitoring and tuning system performance
- Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles
- Provide technical support to end users
- Making documentation of works and systems
- Support the roll-out of news applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
- Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in cisco meraki, mikrotik, Omada or other network appliances (Cisco CCNA/CCNP is a plus)
- Able to configure and optimize monitoring systems for all network devices and services
- Windows / Linux server administration experience is required
- Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise service such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
- Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
- Proven experience as a service desk technician or other tech customer support role
- Tech-savvy with good working knowledge and understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and different tech products including [Google, Microsoft, mobile apps, database, audio, and video technology, etc.)
- Technical ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Strong Knowledge & Experience in CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Access Control (maintenance & setup of software & hardware)
- Have experience in implementation of network hardware (especially Cisco meraki, firewall, Mikrotik, switch, TP link, access point and controller, Hikvision CCTV) & software.
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Security,,OSI Layer, Routing, Switching) and firewall configurations and cabling
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have experience using Ticketing system, ERP, Google Workspace such as Google workspace, Google productivity tools, and any other Google products
