We are looking for Head of Business Planning & Revenue Assurance. The Head of Business Planning & Revenue Assurance Liabilities act as Business Owner of overall Liabilities Product & Business. As the business owner, BPRA is responsible for managing the DPK portfolio as well as the transaction done by our users (transfer/withdrawal/QRIS/etc)


Job Description:

  • Set up the target for RBB & KPI both for liabilities DPK & NFI from transaction

  • Lead the month end and revenue sharing distribution process with the other related functional unit

  • Liaise with Digital Product team to ensure the development of new product or improvement of the existing features especially for Corporate segment to complete the product suite & offerings, including the Current Account (Giro), Time Deposit (TD), Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) & Banks As A Services (BAAS)

  • Create the retention campaign program to support the achievement of corporate DPK balance and Create the transaction program to increase the active user especially from partner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from Finance/Accounting

  • Having experience in banking - preferably on Liabilities product for minimum 8 years

  • Understand the end to end operational banking process related with liabilities products

  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.

  • Strong business knowledge & strong in financial data

  • Good interpersonal skill and teamwork skill

  • Self-initiated

  • Possess good attention to detail

  • Good leadership & analytical thinking

  • Fast learner & independent
