Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's administrative tasks related to Partnership SPV
- Conduct sales and product trend analysis, generate insight and forecast based on data
- Regularly update inbound data to customer and also Partnership SPV.
- Service data statistics and sorting.
- Provide explanations to consumers regarding products and services.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Fulfillment or Enabler
- Good communication skill
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, ability in using Ms. Excel formulas is preferred.
- Able to handling complaints and provide feedback for customers/clients or has problem-solving skills.
